INTAKE HEALTHY FOOD
The basic necessity of having food is not only to satisfy our tongue taste but also to develop a healthy and strong body. Everyone should develop their interest towards having healthy and nutritious food. Taste of the food is very important, but all tasty foods are not healthy foods. We will get the entire energy only from the food what we are in taking. Include milk and milk products in your daily diet; this will help you to gain high protein. Have greens at least 3 days a week. Include food items which contain vitamins, minerals, proteins, iron and fiber in your everyday’s diet. Even though all are healthy foods, don’t overload yourself. Intake lots of water. Eat according to your body structure and age; this will prevent you from all diseases. Chew your food nicely while eating; this will help your digestive system to digest easily. Don’t swallow your food; this may affect your internal organs. Now you came to know the importance of having healthy food, follow it and have a healthy life.
