WEIGHT LOSS


Losing weight cannot be done in magical form of 3 or 4 days, or who can trust a various pills available in the market, lets follow some easy tips to get this done:

Take a control over your fat intake – maintain it as 20 gram per day
Whatever the diet – ‘Exercise’ is the magical word, do it regularly for at least 20 minutes a day
Break up your meals – take it as 5 to 6 times in small quantity rather in a usual 3 times dumping
Simple word water has got more influence, daily intake of water should be 2 to 3 litres which watches the good detoxification of our body
Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables , also try to take it raw than cooked ones.
Increased intake of fiber will solve most of the problems
