TAKE CARE OF YOUR NAILS


Nails reflect your health indirectly. If you have weak, fragile and splitting nails, then it shows that you have inadequate water intake. If you have worse nails, then it may be possible to have calcium deficiency. So intake lots of water and calcium content food items. Before polishing your nails, clean your nails with the help of nail remover. Dip cotton buds in the nail remover and rub over your nails gently. After that apply single coat of nail polish over your nails, allow them to dry and apply another coat this will protect your nails too. Store the nail polish in the fridge and if it is thick, dilute it with the help of polish thinner.
