STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED DURING VOMITING PERIOD


Vomiting is nothing but the powerful ejection of contents of stomach through the mouth. It seems to be unpleasant experience and the person becomes very tired after vomiting. There are many reasons for vomiting some includes pregnancy, certain diseases, head injury and stomach irritation. Prevent solid foods and intake plenty of water, diluted milk or fruit juices. Mix a spoon of bicarbonate of soda in a cup of water or milk, have it daily to feel better. Once the patient feels little better, he/she can shift to semi solid diets. Follow the above said simple steps during vomiting period, this is only the first aid treatment, you should surely consult the doctor and take further measures to get rid of it.
