
Sleep is the essential and very important thing to be followed in day to day life. Sleeping period varies from age to age, for example small children needs 9 – 10 hours of sleep whereas adults need at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep will reflect in your eyes and face. While sleeping lie on your back, use thin pillows or better try to avoid using pillows. Sleep will make you feel fresh and even it polishes your mind from every day’s problem. If you have any problem in sleeping, try using lavender oil inside your pillow cover because lavender promotes your sleep or if you have any other reason of not getting enough sleep, don’t delay consult your doctor.
