HAVE HEALTHY BREAKFAST


Breakfast is very important and you should not skip it at any cost. You will sleep for 6 to 7 hours daily, in those timings your stomach is empty and you were fasting for almost 7 hours, so break the fasting by having morning food and now you can understand the meaning for breakfast. It doesn’t mean that you can eat very fatty items and junk foods in breakfast time; instead you should eat high protein, vitamin and mineral content healthy food items that give energy and boost to survive for the entire day. You can include variety of food items in the breakfast like healthy wheat bread sandwich, boiled vegetables, fruits, sprouts, low fat milk, boiled egg and cereal. So have different healthy food items in your breakfast daily and be healthy all through your life.
