But nowadays, fast food centers are becoming more popular because of their instant and convenient foods with very high taste that too at the lowest prices. Fast food is a general term that specifies soft drinks, French fries, pizzas, burgers, noodles etc., which has more calories and bad cholesterol content in it. Because of having oil fried or cholesterol content food items, there are several harmful effects such as obesity, heart diseases, lack of concentration, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, stress, addictive, increases the risks of any chronic disorder, malnutrition and many more. So it is best to prevent fast food items, instead have healthy and nutritious food to lead a safe and healthy life.
