FOOT CARE


Foot care is normally not taken in priority as other beauty treatments. But if we notice our foot is the ultimate balance of our body which is strained much and should be given a good care. Lack of routine care leaves the food cracked which results in infections and pains. Some tips to take a effective foot care:

* Use a pumice stone or an abrasive food scrub periodically to remove dead and rough skin
* Regular washing of foot with warm water will help to remove the dirt and relaxes your feet
* check your feet regularly for any cuts or small injuries
* Right shoes makes feet feel right – pick a shoe that comforts and fits your feet *Use an exfoliating scrub at least once in a week to remove the dead cells and skin
