COLD TIPS


Avoid chill foods like ice creams, cool drinks, yogurt and cheese.
Skimmed milk boiled with a piece of ginger can be taken.
Exposure to shower, AC, Cold air through windows should be avoided.
Spiced tea, hot coffee is proven to be effective to get the cough down.
Milk boiled with a pinch of turmeric is effective.
Deep fried foods and high content of ghee will multiply the effect.
Always be having your own hand kerchief – better don’t spread it among others.
Normal cold prevails between 3 to 5 days, if it prolongs more than that please contact your doctor.
