TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN FROM SUN
Sun is the first enemy to our skin. It is necessary to protect our skin from sun rays. Sun is not always harmful; it helps us to produce vitamin D. Sun rays are at high peak between 10 AM to 4 PM, so avoid coming outside. But it wont be possible always being indoor, so make use of sunscreen lotions which protects your skin from UV sunrays. Be more careful while selecting the sunscreen lotions. Sunscreen lotion will protect your skin from tanning. Use the sunscreen lotion which has the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of about 15 or more. If you need to spend your day in sun for more than 6 - 8 hours, better use the sunscreen with SPF of 45. To keep the pores clear, choose a sunscreen that says "nonacnegenic" or "noncomedogenic" on the label and also look for the word "broad spectrum protection". The sunscreen that you are using should be able to protect you not only from UVA rays but also from UVB rays. Sun not only damages your skin but also your eyes, hair everything, so wear sunglasses and hats to protect it. Try to follow all the tips that has said above and take care of your skin from the sun.
