MAINTAIN A HEALTHY HEART


A World Heart Federation Research shows that more than 17 million people die due to the effects of cardiovascular diseases. So it is necessary for us to take some important measures to get rid of these diseases. Here are some of the tips for you to follow to be away from these dangerous cardio vascular diseases. Work out daily (i.e., Work for your Wellness). Intake healthy food items, avoid alcohol and tobacco to maintain your heart healthy. Drink lots of water, check your blood pressure in often and maintain it. Diabetes patient should be very careful in taking foods, better consult your doctor for do and don’ts follow it and keep your heart healthy.
