HONEY IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH


It is good to replace honey in the place of sugar. Even though honey is sweeter than sugar, it has several medicinal qualities. Honey contains a sufficient amount of minerals, vitamins (especially vitamin B), and amino acids. It has an excellent nutritious quality than sugar. Honey has the capacity to destroy the bacteria, so it helps to heal your wounds faster. To get rid of your sore throat, have honey with hot lemon tea. It is also good for stomach ulcers by healing your wound faster. Anemic patients are advised to intake honey to increase their blood count.
