HEALTH TIPS


Health is very important, so stay focused and sticks to the measures on how to maintain it. Have a balanced diet, eat for every 3 hours this will reduce your hunger pangs. Include great breakfast, a moderate lunch and a very little dinner in your diet, better try to have six small meals every day. Drink lots and lots of water, eat fresh fruits, avoid having fruit juices because, a glass of orange juice have same calories as that of three oranges. Intake ginger tea instead of having coffee and black tea. Ginger tea is very good for your health especially it helps to settle your stomach upset. Have fish at least twice a week because it has essential omega 3 fatty acids. Particularly this fatty acid helps a lot in the development of a baby’s neurological system so it is advisable for the pregnant women to have it. Blink your eyes for more times while sitting in front of your computer and TV screen to avoid irritation and redness of your eyes. Healthy foods will make your body healthy, so try to follow the above said tips to lead a healthy life.
