GET RID OF YOUR BACKPAIN


Back pain is the worse word that you never wish to spell it again. When your back is hitting you a lot, consult your doctor first to identify whether it has any serious problems and take some measures to reduce it. Ice and heat treatment temporarily helps you to reduce your back pain immediately. Pack some ice cubes in a towel and place in on your back pain area for about 15 – 20 minutes or dip the towel in warm water and place in on the painful area to reduce your pain temporarily. Massage your back pain area with ointment prescribed by the doctor. Follow the correct posture while standing, sleeping and sitting. When standing, be straight so that both of your legs should carry balanced weight. While sleeping, lie on your back or on your side. When sleeping on your back, place the pillow below your legs and your head. Similarly, when you are lying on your side, place the pillow between your two legs. When sitting in the chair, keep your hip straight and your feet should be flat on the floor. These tips will help you to get relieve from your back pain.
