REDUCE YOUR EXCESS FAT – DIET TIPS


Almost 50% of population is suffering from overweight and obese problem. This may leads to heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and many more. Lack of exercise and imbalanced diet are the two main reasons for this problem. Intake boiled vegetables, fresh fruits, oat meal and other food items that include rich fiber and vitamin content. Avoid having junk foods, pizza, chat items, processed food items and sweets. Apple includes pectin which has the capacity to absorb the fat, so have an apple daily. Have lemon fruit juice which has citric acid that helps you to burn calories. Split your meals in to 4 – 6 small meals. This will increase your metabolism rate, thereby decreases your excess fat. Metabolism rate will determine whether to lose or gain weight. The more you increase your metabolism rate, the more you will burn your calories.
Do some exercises like aerobics, cardio vascular exercises, yoga and many more. Cardio vascular exercises include walking, jogging, swimming, cycling etc., Practice any of the above exercises for about 30 – 40 minutes daily without fail. Have a nice sleep in night, don’t try to sleep in afternoon this will gain you weight. Don’t skip your breakfast; this may reduce your metabolism rate.
