HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTHY HAIR


The dream of each and every human being is to have strong, soft and shiny hair. Almost 90% of them are having abnormal hair fall. The main reason for this is due to the lack of maintenance. Few tips are given here for you to follow and get benefited.
If you have abnormal hair fall, consult your physician to identify whether you have any internal problems. Have a balanced diet to get rid of your internal problems. Intake fresh fruits, vegetables and high fiber content food that helps your hair to grow strong.
Have 8 – 10 glasses of water daily, it is not only good for your hair growth but also for your entire body. Your hair gets dehydrated when you are dehydrated. So try to avoid water retention problem.
Wash your hair 2 or 3 times a week. Before taking head bath, massage your hair scalp for about 10 – 15 minutes, this will increase your blood circulation in the roots of your hair.
Stress is one of the major cause for your hair fall. Relaxation and meditation are the two solutions to get rid of this problem.
Comb your hair for twice or thrice a day to remove all the dust that got settled in your hair. Use wide toothed combs to avoid the breakage of hair.
